Nature conservation qualification for land users
We provide nature conservation consultancy for land users in the former rural districts of Annaberg and Chemnitzer Land.
In these districts, we offer specific, on-site information and expert guidance for land users. The aim is for land and other farming resources to be used in a more ecologically responsible way.
This guidance includes informing farming businesses about the conservation goals for habitats and species and recommending special management measures that are associated with conservation. It also includes helping land users to obtain professional qualifications, thus enabling them to successfully apply for funding for the conservation of natural biodiversity.
For any farmers who are interested, we also provide training on the measure concerning results-oriented remuneration for species-rich grasslands. The measure is part of the German government’s AuK (agri-environmental and climate) directive of 2014.
For land users, we provide this consultancy free of charge.
